The Bible Way to Heaven…

Do you know for sure that
if you died today that you would go to heaven?

“If you do not know for sure, we have good news to share with you from God’s Word! The Bible tells us clearly that we can know for sure where we will go when we die! “These things have I written unto you… That ye may know that ye have eternal life… I John 5:13

Most people have never had the opportunity to read or hear in a clear and concise form what the Bible says about eternal life. Let us share God’s Word with you!

There are four things you must know…

For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.” Romans 3:23

We are sinners by birth. The Bible says in the book of Romans that sin began with Adam. Adam disobeyed God. The sinful nature of Adam was then passed on to every person born thereafter. Every one of us inherited the sinful nature of Adam. We have sinned. Every one of us is guilty of transgressing the ten commandments. The Bible states, “For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all.” James 2:10.

For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” Romans 6:23

The word “death” has 3 aspects. Spiritual death is the lost condition in which we are all born spiritually dead. Physical death is that time when we cease to function with an earthly body. Physical death is not the end of existence. “For the wages of sin is death…” Romans 6:23 Eternal death is the final separation from God that ends in the Lake of Fire. It is the fate of every person that has been judged by a holy God and found guilty. “And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.” Revelation 20:14

But God commendeth (proved) his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.” Romans 5:8

Jesus never sinned, but He took your sin upon Himself. He had to die in your place to pay the price (wage) for your sin. “For he hath made him (Jesus) to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.” II Corinthians 5:21

Not only did Jesus die for you, but He was buried and rose again three days later. I Corinthians 15:3-4

You must stop depending on your own effort, good works, baptism, or any other “good deeds”. Eternal life is received by faith in Jesus Christ alone and not by works in any way. “For by grace are ye saved through faith, and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.” Ephesians 2:8-9

Have you been depending on a “work” to get you to Heaven? “But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness” Romans 4:5

The Bible says, “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” Romans 10:13

Won’t you dear friend, right now, receive Jesus as your Saviour? Pray this simple prayer, inviting Him to save you!

Lord, I know I am a sinner. I know I am deserving of Hell as payment for my sin. I believe you died on the cross and paid my debt for me. Forgive me of my sin and save me, taking me to Heaven when I die. In Jesus’ name, Amen!
